About Cookies

Technical Cookies

What happens to cookies that have been downloaded in the past?
We will only read or write cookies based on the preference level indicated in the cookie setting tool. Cookies that were present before you changed your settings will remain on your computer and you can remove them using your browser settings.
Can we know if our users open our emails?
Our emails may contain a “web beacon pixel” that can let us know whether our emails have been read and can check whether people have clicked on links in the email. We may use this information for various purposes, including, determining which of our emails arouse the most interest among users and asking if users who do not open our emails wish to continue receiving them. The pixels will be deleted when you delete the email. From that point on, we will not be able to obtain any data, but we will retain the data we already have.

The basic information of the User registered on Facebook which normally includes the following Data: id, name, image, gender and language of location and, in some cases Facebook “Friends”.
If the User has made additional Data publicly available, the same will be available.

Allows the application to retrieve access_tokens for Pages and Applications that the user administers.
- Insight
Provides access to Insight data for pages, applications and domains that the user owns.

These services allow for interactions with social networks, or other external platforms, directly of the site and/or portal. The interactions and information acquired by the site and/or portal are in any case subject to the User's privacy settings related to each social network. In the event that a social network interaction service is installed, it is possible that, even if Users do not use the service, it will collect traffic data related to the pages where it is installed.

The Facebook “Like” button and social widgets are services for interaction with the social network Facebook, provided by Facebook Inc.

By registering for the mailing list or newsletter, the User's email address is automatically added to a list of contacts to whom email messages containing information, including information of a commercial and promotional nature, relating to this site and/or portal may be sent. Managing addresses and sending email messages
These services enable the management of a database of email contacts, telephone contacts, or contacts of any other kind used to communicate with the User. These services allow the Application to distribute its content through servers located in the territory and to optimize its performance. The Personal Data processed depends on the characteristics and mode of implementation of these services, which by their nature filter communications between the site and/or portal and the User's browser. Given the distributed nature of this system, it is difficult to determine the places to which content is transferred, which may contain Personal Data of the User.

It is a service that provides fonts in the form of icons used on client sites.
Font Awesome uses the information collected for the following general purposes: product and service delivery, identification and authentication, service improvement, contact, and research.

These services allow the site and/or portal to monitor the use and behavior of components of it, to enable improvement of its performance and functionality, maintenance or troubleshooting. These services allow the site/portal and its partners to communicate, optimize and serve advertisements based on the User's past use of the site/portal. AdWords Remarketing is a Remarketing and Behavioral Targeting service provided by Google Inc. that links the activity of this Application with the Adwords advertising network and the Doubleclick Cookie.
