Rainbow Hotel, as the data controller of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 - General Data Protection Regulation (“RGPD”), in compliance with the obligations dictated by the legislator to protect privacy, hereby wishes to inform you in advance, both of the use of your personal data, as well as your rights, by communicating the following:

The source of data under b is: Provided directly by the data subject
Principal Purpose: To carry out the tasks stipulated in the contract
Legal Basis: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject
d) RECIPIENTS
Exclusively for the above-mentioned purposes, the data will be made available not only to the internal staff units competent in this regard, but also to external collaborators entrusted with their processing, the list of which is available at the owner's office
e) TRANSFERS
There are no transfers of Personal Data to Recipients outside the European Union
f) DATA RETENTION
All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with the principles of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and proportionality, only in the manner, including computer and telematic, strictly necessary to pursue the purposes described above. In any case, personal data will be kept for a period of time no longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the stated purposes. Personal data for which storage is not necessary or for which storage is not required by current legislation, in relation to the purposes indicated, will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form. It should be noted that the information systems used for the management of the information collected are configured, already at the outset, to minimize the use of data.
